The African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP) is a national network of chapters developed to support the advancement of Black professionals seeking to obtain career establishment and growth within the commercial real estate industry through professional development and networking.

The organization’s activities have a united purpose: to support professionals in building relationships and obtaining resources in these disciplines:

Appraisal, architecture, asset management, brokerage, construction, corporate real estate, debt & equity investment, development, design, engineering, entrepreneurship, facilities management, financing, infrastructure, land use, leasing, marketing, operations, placemaking, private equity, property management, public policy, technology, urban planning and zoning.
